We wholeheartedly believe every woman has something unique to offer the world, and we're committed to helping each woman live into it.
Program History
Our program originated as a twelve-month-long personal, spiritual, and professional development journey, set within a residential community. Since opening our doors in 2021, we have learned that there is no "one size fits all." While some women desire deep personal healing and spiritual growth, others are looking to shatter goals in their professional endeavors. In many cases women see long-term benefits from both aspects of our program. That's why we've expanded our program to include three different tracks, so there's an option for every woman desiring a transformative journey.
Personal Development
With a concentrated focus on personal development, the Empower Track is ideal for those who keep running into the same roadblocks or barriers hindering their goals and dreams. Over 24 weeks, participants meet with a personal life coach once a month to upend blind spots, de-escalate triggers, and map a path for growth and freedom. This track also includes deep and rich discussions in a cohort-style model firmly supported by Scripture. The Empower Capstone Project unifies all courses into a valuable resource for lifelong empowerment.

With an organized and principled approach to business development, the Embark Track is a game changer for those looking to make waves and shatter goals in their professional endeavors. Over 24 weeks, participants will meet once a month with a business coach to map out professional goals and build an infrastructure to accomplish them. This track includes group coaching once a week where instructors will facilitate discussions around assigned reading and content to refine financial objectives, leadership gifting, and business integrity. The Embark Capstone Project unifies all the courses into a market-ready summary of your story, skills, qualifications, and unique vocational offerings.

Created for aspiring entrepreneurs, leaders, and volunteers with busy schedules and limited time, the Embark Series dives deep into topics of faith and work. These business and purpose focused series are ideal for those who can only take one or two classes at a time.
Leadership Development Series: this series focuses on helping participants identify their individual giftings through a robust self-assessment that dives into optimizing their unique abilities to connect with others. Results and discoveries are further analyzed and considered in light of Biblical wisdom and examples to create a strong foundation for future business owners and marketplace leaders.
Purpose and Creativity Series: this series focuses on the psychological and practical components of becoming a successful entrepreneur. Changing mindsets and creating space to use our imaginations allows God to provide clarity that leads to developing a vision–but what does that look like on a day to day basis? This series answers that question and provides participants with a thesis they can use to drive their careers and businesses forward.
Marketplace Readiness Series: this series focuses on creating a business plan in accordance with God's standards and purposes as well as a personal plan for stewarding wealth in a manner that creates shared value. With the instruction of a former C-suite executive participants develop and determine success metrics that transcend profits.
